We’re doing things a little differently than most. Instead of a traditional sit-down wedding, we wanted to create a more social gathering that feels a lot more like us. Since both of our last names will be Garden, we figured a garden party was the perfect fit!

We’ll be hosting a cocktail hour for close family and our bridal party from 2:00 to 4:15 p.m. Then, we’d love for everyone to join us from 4:30 to 11:00 p.m. for delicious food, drinks, and, of course, dancing.

There won’t be a sit-down dinner. Instead, we’ll have food stations set up for everyone to enjoy, along with passed canapés. We love our festival-style parties, so we’re creating our own!

Have some fun with your attire, while keeping to these colors and shades: emerald, forest, spruce, and sage greens; maroons; burnt oranges; Golden yellows, navy blues. Think about all those beautiful Fall colours and you will be good to go! Please avoid dark or espresso brown, and of course, white.

This will be a fun, relaxed evening. All we want is to celebrate with all of you and keep things fun and simple!
